Equip Spell
While the equipped monster battles, your opponent cannot activate any Spell/Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. When an attack is declared involving the equipped monster: Face-up Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls have their effects negated until the end of the Damage Step (even if this card leaves the field). When the equipped monster destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can destroy all Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls. When this face-up card in a player's Spell & Trap Zone leaves the field, that player takes 3000 damage.

Rating: 4
Comments: Dealing the owner 3000 damage when it leaves the field is pretty steep but it's the only side-effect this card includes, making it ideal pretty much anywhere, especially where you can take advantage of that side-effect like with Prime Material Dragon.

Your opponent cannot target "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames", "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder", "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms", or "Armityle the Chaos Phantom" in your Monster Zones with card effects, also those monsters cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects while you control them. If you control "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames", "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder", "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" or "Armityle the Chaos Phantom" in your Monster Zone: You can draw 2 cards. You can only use this effect of "Fallen Paradise" once per turn.

Comments: Kagemaru used this card to great effect in the anime and ours is very faithful to the anime version and with a bit more, though even with this, it's not that great overall.

You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames", "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder", or "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" from your hand or Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions, also monsters you control cannot attack for the rest of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Dark Summoning Beast" once per turn. You can banish this card from your Graveyard; add 1 "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames", "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder", or “Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" from your Deck to your hand.

Comments: Being a DARK monster makes it perfect for searching with Mystic Tomato but only during your turn as otherwise you can't use the effect. The 0 ATK also has uses with Limit Reverse and is probably the easiest method to bring out the Sacred Beasts. The last effect isn't too bad either though.

Target 1 "Elemental HERO" Fusion Monster you control; destroy as many monsters your opponent controls as possible, with ATK higher than that monster's, then inflict damage to your opponent equal to the highest original ATK among those destroyed monsters in the Graveyard (your choice, if tied). If a "Skyscraper" Field Spell Card is in your Field Zone, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the combined original ATK of those destroyed monsters in the Graveyard, instead.

Comments: You don't typically see the Elemental HERO Fusion Monsters that often these days as the main drive for it (Stratos) remains banned to this day and Masked HEROs have kind of taken over so this probably won't do much good but at least it's not restrained to Flame Wingman as the card design would have you believe.

LIGHT / Warrior / Level 7 / ATK 2500 / DEF 2000
During either player's turn: You can discard this card, then target 1 "HERO" monster on the field; it gains 2500 ATK until the end of this turn. During either player’s turn: You can discard 1 "HERO" monster; this card gains ATK equal to the discarded monster's ATK until the end of this turn. You can only use each effect of "Elemental HERO Honest Neos" once per turn.

Rating: 2
Comments: Both effects aren't all that bad but the strongest Main Deck monster that can be discarded is either Bladedge or its counterpart Malicious Edge, which both have 2600 ATK and that is a pretty respectiable ATK boost to apply. However, that may be a monster you need sooner rather than later and thus will not have it when you actually need it.

If you control a WIND Winged Beast-Type monster: Until the end of this turn, negate any monster effects your opponent activates. If you control a "Harpie" monster, you can activate this card from your hand. If this card in its owner's Spell & Trap Zone is destroyed by an opponent's card effect: You can add 1 "Harpie's Feather Duster" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

Comments: True to the anime, they allowed Harpie Lady and company to be acceptable for the acitvation requirements and gave it a bit of a buff to boot. However, with Harpie's Feather Duster still banned in the TCG, we're not going to be able to make use of the other effect just yet.

DARK / Fiend / Level 5 / ATK 1800 / DEF 1200
When this card declares an attack: It gains 600 ATK. During either player's turn: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; it loses ATK equal to this card's current ATK until the end of this turn, then banish this card until the Standby Phase of the next turn. You can only use this effect of "Diabound Kernel" once per turn.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: Proved too powerful in the anime to keep the effect upon release but the card's watered down effect and poor stats make it almost unplayable.

If you control a Level 8 or higher Spellcaster-Type monster: Banish 1 card on the field face-down. If this card in its owner's Spell & Trap Zone is destroyed by an opponent's card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Magician of Black Chaos" or "Dark Magician of Chaos" from your Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions.

Rating: 2
Comments: Only rated it as high as it is for the 2nd effect, which is probably the most convenient of the effects to use.

Legacy of the Duelist
Continuous Spell
When your monster declares an attack: You can target 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; negate the attack, and if you do, destroy that card. Each player can only Set 1 Spell/Trap Card from their hand per turn. Monsters cannot attack the turn they were Special Summoned from the Extra Deck. During your Draw Phase, before your draw: You can give up your normal draw this turn, and if you do, add 1 monster from your Graveyard to your hand.

Rating: 1
Comments: Much like the video game with the same name, this card is not worth using as it will restrain both players to their options and negating an attack is a poor choice since baring a few exceptions, you opted to attack in the first place.

Pay half your LP; Special Summon up to 2 "Darklord" monsters from your Graveyard in Defense Position, with the same Level as 1 face-up monster your opponent controls.
ULTRA RARE
Rating: 2
Comments: A really steep cost but you can use the revived Darklords for whatever you want, though they're in Defense Mode so you won't likely be attacking with them that turn.

If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can send 1 "Darklord" card from your Deck to the Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Darklord Ukoback" once per turn.

Comments: Regardless of which card you send, you're still stuck with a worthless Monster Card that should never have been a part of your Deck in the first place.

If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can send 1 "HERO" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Vision HERO Vyon" once per turn. Once per turn: You can banish 1 "HERO" monster from your Graveyard; add 1 "Polymerization" from your Deck to your hand.

Comments: It can dump a high-Level HERO monster for revival later but I wouldn't recommend doing so to activate the 2nd effect and his stats are pretty poor.

During your Main Phase: You can send 1 Zombie-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can banish 1 Zombie-Type monster from your Graveyard, except "Gozuki"; Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from your hand. You can only use each effect of "Gozuki" once per turn.

Comments: Only the 1st effect is any good because that gets Zombies in your Graveyard for use with Book of Life and the like.

Comments: If you're running the original Elemental HERO Fusions, this'll be okay to use since you can't revive them anyway and you'll draw 3 cards from it too.

1 Tuner + 1 non-Tuner monster
When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can Special Summon up to 4 Level 2 non-Tuner monsters from your hand and/or Graveyard in Defense Position, but they have their effects negated, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except Synchro Monsters. You can only use this effect of "Celestial Double Star Shaman" once per turn.

Comments: I guess they want you to Synchro Summon the likes of Shooting Quasar Dragon but you're not likely going to have that many Level 2 non-Tuners in your hand or Graveyard and this guy isn't much to look at as a whole.

Target 1 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it, but it has its effects negated (if any), and if you do, immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon 1 DARK Dragon or Fiend-Type Synchro Monster using only monsters you control as Materials, including the Summoned monster.

Comments: It's not restrained on the monster you can revive but you're forced to Synchro Summon with it which'll likely limit your options and I've never been a fan of just instantly Synchro Summoning the monster anyway.
