Legendary Hero Decks (Nordic Deck) (Spoiler)
                                                  LEHD-ENB00
Link Monster
Gullveig of the Nordic Ascendant
LIGHT | Fairy-Type Link | ATK 800 | Link-1
Active Link Arrow(s):
Bottom-Left
1 Level 5 or lower "Nordic" monster
If this card is Link Summoned: You can banish up to 3 cards from your hand and/or field, and if you do, Special Summon that many "Nordic" monsters from your Deck in Defense Position, also, for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon, except "Aesir" monsters, nor Normal Summon/Set any monsters. You can only use this effect of "Gullveig of the Nordic Ascendant" once per turn. While this card points to an "Aesir" monster, your opponent cannot target that monster with card effects, also monsters your opponent controls cannot target this card for attacks.
(Ultra Rare)

                                                  Rating: 1
There's really no good reason to run this card so I don't really see the point in including it in a preconstructed Deck that supports Aesirs. This guy doesn't have any way to support anyone. If anything, it needs the support and it's so feeble that it's just not worth the effort.
Legendary Hero Decks (Destiny HERO Deck) (Spoiler)
                                                  LEHD-ENA37
Link Monster
Xtra HERO Wonder Driver
LIGHT | Warrior-Type Link | ATK 1900 | Link-2
Active Link Arrow(s):
Top and Bottom
2 "HERO" monsters
If a "HERO" monster is Normal or Special Summoned to your zone this card points to: Target 1 "Polymerization" Spell Card, 1 "Fusion" Spell Card, or "Change" Quick-Play Spell Card in your GY; Set that target. You can only use this effect of "Xtra HERO Wonder Driver" once per turn. If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the GY, or if this card in your possession is destroyed by an opponent's card effect and sent to your GY: You can Special Summon 1 "HERO" monster from your hand.
(Ultra Rare)

                                                  Rating: 2
Also not difficult to bring out but also not as strong as Dread Decimator. Plus, it does little good to have the necessary Fusion Summoning card Set on your field where it is vulnerable and obvious to your opponent. On top of that, you may not be in a prime position to use it, especially since this guy needs 2 HERO monsters outright.

                                                  LEHD-ENA08
Effect Monster
Destiny HERO - Disk Commander
DARK | Warrior | Level 1 | ATK 300 | DEF 300
Cannot be Special Summoned from the GY the turn this card was sent to the GY. If this card is Special Summoned from the GY: You can draw 2 cards. You can only use this effect of "Destiny HERO - Disk Commander" once per Duel.
(Ultra Rare)
                                                  Rating: 1
Yet another erratum breaks a card to the point of unplayability as this card's effect now only works once per Duel and only after the turn it's sent to the Grave, making any additional copies meaningless.

                                                  LEHD-ENA00
Link Monster
Xtra HERO Dread Decimator
DARK | Warrior-Type Link | ATK 2500 | Link-3
Active Link Arrow(s):
Bottom, Bottom-Left and Bottom-Right
2+ "HERO" monsters
This card, also any "HERO" monsters it points to gain 100 ATK for each "HERO" monster with different names in your GY. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage.
(Ultra Rare)

                                                  Rating: 2
Not too difficult to bring out and inflicts piercing battle damage. Plus, HERO monsters are supported by Reinforcement of the army but the ATK boost is pretty much non-existent.
Structure Deck: Powercode Link (Spoiler)
                                                  SDPL-EN042
Link Monster
LANphorhynchus
LIGHT | Cyberse-Type Link | ATK 1200 | Link-2
Active Link Arrow(s): Bottom-Left and Bottom-Right
2 monsters
(Common)
                                                  Rating: 1
A Structure Deck shouldn't be the product that contains awful cards like this. It's even worse than Traffic Ghost.

                                                  SDPL-EN041
Link Monster
Traffic Ghost
DARK | Cyberse-Type Link | ATK 1800 | Link-3
Active Link Arrow(s): Bottom, Bottom-Left and Bottom-Right
3 monsters
(Common)
                                                  Rating: 1
Gaia Saber didn't have the perks to make its rating high and this guy doesn't either since it's weaker and takes the same amount of effort.

                                                  SDPL-EN040
Link Monster
Powercode Talker
FIRE | Cyberse-Type Link | ATK 2300 | Link-3
Active Link Arrow(s): Left, Right and Bottom-Right
3 monsters
Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; negate that target's effects until the end of this turn. Once per turn, if this card battles an opponent's monster, during damage calculation (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 monster this card points to; this card's ATK becomes double its original ATK during that damage calculation only.
(Ultra Rare)
                                                  Rating: 2
It's a bit more work than Effect Veiler, which already has pretty much the same effect, but can do it each turn and doesn't take as much effort as other Link Monsters. Plus it can make itself become twice as strong during either player's turn, so long as you can Tribute a monster each time you want to use the effect.

                                                  SDPL-EN031
Trap Card
Packet Link
Normal Trap
During Main Phase 2: Special Summon any number of Level 2 or lower monsters with different names from your hand, Deck, and/or GY to your zone(s) a Link Monster(s) points to. You can only activate 1 "Packet Link" per turn.
(Common)
                                                  Rating: 2
The more Link Monsters in play, the more Level 2 or lower monsters you can bring out, though most of them are pretty bad.

                                                  SDPL-EN021
Spell Card
Cynet Storm
Field Spell
All linked monsters on the field gain 500 ATK/DEF. Link Summons of Link Monsters cannot be negated. Once per Chain, if you take 2000 or more battle or effect damage: You can shuffle the face-down cards in your Extra Deck, excavate the top card, and if it is a Cyberse Link Monster, Special Summon it. Otherwise, return it to the Extra Deck.
(Common)
                                                  Rating: 2
A mere 500 ATK and DEF isn't going to be enough to warrant using this but the 2nd effect isn't all that bad. The last effect is so bad that I can't rate this card any higher.

                                                  SDPL-EN009
Effect Monster
Cyberse Gadget
LIGHT | Cyberse | Level 4 | ATK 1400 | DEF 300
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Level 2 or lower monster in your GY; Special Summon it in Defense Position, but its effects are negated. If this card is sent from the field to the GY: You can Special Summon 1 "Gadget Token" (Cyberse/LIGHT/Level 2/ATK 0/DEF 0). You can only use this effect of "Cyberse Gadget" once per turn.
(Common)
                                                  Rating: 2
Much like Lady Debug, I can't imagine most Level 2 or lower monsters are worthwhile but there are a few to make this card about as worthwhile.

                                                  SDPL-EN008
Effect Monster
Segmental Dragon
LIGHT | Cyberse | Level 7 | ATK 2600 | DEF 2400
You can Normal Summon/Set this card without Tributing, but its original ATK/DEF becomes halved. Once per turn, if this Normal Summoned/Set card is on the field (Quick Effect): You can destroy this face-up card, and if you do, destroy all monsters in the Main Monster Zones with ATK less than or equal to the ATK this card had on the field.
(Ultra Rare)
                                                  Rating: 2
Well it goes further than Fusilier Dragon the Dual-Mode Beast but not by much, mostly because it has more effects.

                                                  SDPL-EN007
Effect Monster
Storm Cipher
DARK | Cyberse | Level 4 | ATK 2400 | DEF 0
Cannot attack directly, or attack monsters in the Extra Monster Zone. Unaffected by monster effects activated in the Extra Monster Zone. Cannot be destroyed by battle with monsters in the Extra Monster Zone.
(Common)
                                                  Rating: 2
One can't expect much if the monster is Level 4 with very high ATK and this guy has some downsides but not enough of them for me to write it off as terrible.

                                                  SDPL-EN006
Effect Monster
Antialian
EARTH | Cyberse | Level 4 | ATK 1900 | DEF 600
Once per turn, if this card battled a monster this Battle Phase, you can (Quick Effect): Immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 Cyberse monster. If this face-up card you control leaves the field because of an opponent's card effect: Draw 1 card.
(Common)
                                                  Rating: 3
A new Beatstick monster emerges and the effects, while not great, do not cause any harm if you use it on its own.

                                                  SDPL-EN005
Effect Monster
Lady Debug
LIGHT | Cyberse | Level 4 | ATK 1700 | DEF 1400
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 Level 3 or lower Cyberse monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Lady Debug" once per turn.
(Super Rare)
                                                  Rating: 2
I wouldn't consider most Level 3 monsters in general to be all that good but the effect is pretty versatile, though that's the only thing this card has going for it.

                                                  SDPL-EN004
Effect Monster
Flame Bufferlo
FIRE | Cyberse | Level 3 | ATK 1400 | DEF 200
If this face-up card leaves the field: You can discard 1 Cyberse monster, and if you do, draw 2 cards. You can only use this effect of "Flame Bufferlo" once per turn.
(Super Rare)
                                                  Rating: 2
It doesn't care how it leaves the field but it'll cost you an extra monster just to use the effect and without any other effects, it's still not very good.

                                                  SDPL-EN003
Effect Monster
Sea Archiver
WATER | Cyberse | Level 3 | ATK 300 | DEF 2100
If a monster is Normal or Special Summoned to a zone a Link Monster points to (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from your GY (if it was there when the Summon resolved) or hand (even if not), but banish it when it leaves the field. You can only use this effect of "Sea Archiver" once per turn.
(Super Rare)
                                                  Rating: 2
Not much better than Garbage Collector, both in DEF and other properties, but it's also not worse.

                                                  SDPL-EN002
Effect Monster
Garbage Collector
WIND | Cyberse | Level 2 | ATK 100 | DEF 1900
You can target 1 other Cyberse monster you control that began the Duel in the Main Deck; return it to the hand, and if you do, Special Summon from your Deck 1 Cyberse monster with the same Level, but with a different name. You can only use this effect of "Garbage Collector" once per turn.
(Common)
                                                  Rating: 2
It's lucky it has 1900 DEF because there's nothing else that make it useful.

                                                  SDPL-EN001
Effect Monster
Datacorn
EARTH | Cyberse | Level 1 | ATK 0 | DEF 0
If this card is Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Data Acorn Token" (Cyberse/DARK/
Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). You can only use this effect of "Datacorn" once per turn.
(Common)
                                                  Rating: 2
A free Token isn't all that bad and it's pretty easy to Special Summon monsters but the effect is once per turn and there's nothing else worthwhile.
Lair of Darkness Structure Deck (Spoiler)
                                                  SR06-EN030
Trap Card
Grinning Grave Virus
Normal Trap
Tribute 1 DARK monster with 3000 or less ATK; your opponent destroys 1 card (of their choice) in their hand or Deck for every 500 ATK that monster had on the field. If you Tributed a monster with 2000 or more ATK to activate this card, look at all cards your opponent draws until the end of their 3rd turn after this card's activation, and destroy all monsters among them. Cards destroyed and sent to the GY by this card's effect cannot activate their own effects that same turn.
(Super Rare)
                                                  Rating: 2
This probably won't work to your advantage given how many cards trigger when destroyed these days but it may help if you decide to fulfil the bonus effect.

                                                  SR06-EN022
Spell Card
Lair of Darkness
Field Spell
All face-up monsters on the field become DARK. Once per turn, if you would Tribute a monster you control to activate a card effect, you can Tribute 1 DARK monster your opponent controls, even though you do not control it. Once per turn, during the End Phase: Special Summon as many "Torment Tokens" (Fiend/DARK/Level 3/ATK 1000/DEF 1000) as possible to the turn player's field in Defense Position, up to the number of monsters that were Tributed this turn while this card was face-up.
(Super Rare)
                                                  Rating: 2
I'd give it more stars if it were one-sided but unfortunately, it's not and since you'd probably already be running DARK monsters anyway, your opponent can take full advantage and perhaps even end up with a bigger advantage than you had. Plus, those tokens probably won't do either side much good.

                                                  SR06-EN003
Effect Monster
Duke Shade, the Sinister Shadow Lord
DARK | Fiend | Level 4 | ATK 500 | DEF 2000
You can Tribute any number of DARK monsters; Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, it gains 500 ATK for each monster you Tributed. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 Level 5 or higher DARK monster in your GY; add it to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Duke Shade, the Sinister Shadow Lord" once per turn. You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate either of this card's effects, except DARK monsters.
(Common)
                                                  Rating: 2
It doesn't do a whole lot more than Ahrima but it has 2000 DEF so if all else fails, it'll probably survive a turn or two. I probably wouldn't recommend using its effect to Special Summon itself though, even if you're simply going to grab Darkest Diabolos from the Grave.

                                                  SR06-EN002
Effect Monster
Ahrima, the Wicked Warden
DARK | Fiend | Level 4 | ATK 1700 | DEF 0
You can discard this card; add 1 "Lair of Darkness" from your Deck to your hand. You can Tribute 1 DARK monster; draw 1 card, or if you Tributed a DARK monster other than this card to activate this effect, you can add 1 DARK monster with 2000 or more DEF from your Deck to your hand instead. You can only use this effect of "Ahrima, the Wicked Warden" once per turn.
(Super Rare)
                                                  Rating: 2
Lair of Darkness isn't all that bad a card to search given its effects and this guy doesn't really do much when on the field, nor does it have the stats to last long on the field.

                                                  SR06-EN001
Effect Monster
Darkest Diabolos, Lord of the Lair
DARK | Dragon | Level 8 | ATK 3000 | DEF 2000
Your opponent cannot Tribute this face-up card on the field, and cannot target it with card effects. You can only use each of these effects of "Darkest Diabolos, Lord of the Lair" once per turn.
● If a DARK monster(s) you control is Tributed (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card from the GY (if it was there when you Tributed) or hand (even if not).
● You can Tribute 1 DARK monster; your opponent places 1 card from their hand on either the top or bottom of their Deck.
(Ultra Rare)
                                                  Rating: 3
Not only is it a Dragon-Type monster, which makes it ideal for use with Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon but it has no summoning requirement, decent ATK for its Level and at least one decent effect.

                                                  SR06-EN000
Effect Monster
Lilith, Lady of Lament
DARK | Fiend | Level 3 | ATK 2000 | DEF 0
If this card is Normal Summoned, its original ATK becomes 1000. (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 DARK monster; reveal 3 Normal Traps from your Deck, your opponent randomly chooses 1 for you to Set on your field, and you shuffle the rest back into your Deck. You can only use this effect of "Lilith, Lady of Lament" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)
                                                  Rating: 2
It'll keep its 2000 ATK if you Flip Summon or Special Summon it but even then, it has 0 DEF and its effects don't do it much good.
Wave of Light Structure Deck (Spoiler)
                                                  SR05-EN031
Trap Card
Rebirth of Parshath
Counter Trap
When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated: Reveal 1 Counter Trap in your hand, then discard 1 card and pay 1000 LP; negate the activation, and if you do, shuffle that card into the Deck. Then, you can Special Summon 1 "Parshath" monster from your Deck or Extra Deck.
(Super Rare)
                                                  Rating: 1
Pretty costly to activate considering it has a LP requirement a discard requirement and a reveal requirement just to stop 1 opponent's card and bring out a Parshath monster from the Deck or Extra Deck. Not really what I'd call a worthwhile trade-off.

                                                  SR05-EN025
Spell Card
The Sanctum of Parshath
Continuous Spell
This card's name becomes "The Sanctuary in the Sky" while on the field or in the GY. Fairy monsters on the field gain 300 ATK/DEF. Set Spells/Traps cannot be targeted by, or destroyed by, card effects. Once per turn: You can target a total of 3 Fairy monsters and/or Counter Traps with different names in your GY; place them on top of your Deck in any order.
(Super Rare)
                                                  Rating: 2
I like that it counts as The Sanctuary in the Sky while on the field or in the Grave but both players are locked out of virtually all options to remove Spell/Trap Cards and you're only placing the 3 cards you choose with the other effect on top of the Deck.

                                                  SR05-EN003
Effect Monster
Power Angel Valkyria
LIGHT | Fairy | Level 4 | ATK 1800 | DEF 1050
If you negate the activation of a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect: Add 1 LIGHT Fairy monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Power Angel Valkyria" once per turn.
(Super Rare)
                                                  Rating: 3
It was good enough with 1800 ATK and being Level 4 but it only got better thanks to its effect, which is only restrained to LIGHT Fairy monsters.

                                                  SR05-EN002
Effect Monster
Minerva, Scholar of the Sky
LIGHT | Fairy | Level 4 | ATK 1700 | DEF 400
Each time a Counter Trap Card is activated, this card gains 500 ATK immediately after it resolves, also, if "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is on the field, add 1 Counter Trap with a different name from that activated card from your GY to your hand.
(Common)
                                                  Rating: 2
It gets stronger with each Counter Trap activated but with one of the infamous Counter Traps banned from tournament play (Solemn Judgment), there's less chances this card will gain much. Plus getting a Counter Trap from your Deck will mean your opponent will anticipate it and can come up with a way to stop its activation before you can use it. Even then, you can't grab any Counter Trap without The Sanctuary in the Sky being active.

                                                  SR05-EN001
Effect Monster
Sacred Arch-Airknight Parshath
LIGHT | Fairy | Level 9 | ATK 2800 | DEF 2300
If you activate a Counter Trap Card, OR if you negate the activation of a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect (except during the Damage Step): You can banish 2 other Fairy monsters from your hand, field and/or GY; Special Summon this card from the GY (if it was there when you activated/negated) or hand (even if not). If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can add 1 "Parshath" card or 1 Counter Trap from your Deck to your hand.
(Ultra Rare)
                                                  Rating: 2
Somewhat strong for its Level and deals piercing battle damage (which is mostly why it's rating is not 1) but the other effects aren't all that good.

                                                  SR05-EN000
Effect Monster
Eva
LIGHT | Fairy | Level 1 | ATK 500 | DEF 200
If this card is sent to the GY: You can banish up to 2 other LIGHT Fairy monsters from your field and/or GY; add from your Deck to your hand, Level 2 or lower LIGHT Fairy monsters with different names, except "Eva", equal to the number of monsters banished this way. You can only use this effect of "Eva" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)
                                                  Rating: 1
Really don't see a point in using this given its weak ATK and DEF, can only grab Level 2 or less LIGHT Fairy monsters and even that's not for free.
