Rise of the True Dragons Structure Deck (Spoiler)
                                                    SR02-EN025
Spell Card
Return of the Dragon Lords
Normal Spell
Target 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. If a Dragon-Type monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can banish this card from your Graveyard instead.
(Super Rare)
                                                    Rating: 3
Better than the likes of Call of the Haunted, Birthright and Soul Resurrection because this doesn't care whether that monster has effects or not an can protect it from destruction simply by banishing itself from your Graveyard, where it'll likely be after resolution.

                                                    SR02-EN024
Spell Card
Ruins of the Divine Dragon Lords
Continuous Spell
If a monster(s) is Special Summoned, except from the Graveyard, while you control a Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster: That face-up Special Summoned monster(s) has its effects negated until the end of this turn (even if this card leaves the field). Once per turn: You can send 1 other face-up card you control to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Dragon Lord Token" (Dragon-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/
DEF 0). If this card is in your Graveyard: You can send 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster from your hand or face-up from your field to the Graveyard; add this card to your hand.

(Super Rare)
                                                    Rating: 1
This is just a minor setback for your opponent because whatever they bring out is only temporarily unable to use its effects and you'll just be racking up meaningless tokens. Plus this does nothing for or against monsters revived from the Graveyard.

                                                    SR02-EN004
Effect Monster
Guardian of Felgrand
LIGHT | Warrior | Level 4 | ATK 500 | DEF 500
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can equip 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster from your hand or Graveyard to this card. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to half the ATK and DEF of the monster equipped to it by this effect. You can Tribute 1 monster and this card, then target 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.
(Common)
                                                    Rating: 1
The highest you can achieve is 2000 ATK from Beelzeus' 4000 ATK as most dragons of those two Levels aren't any stronger and using the very last effect is just as bad.

                                                    SR02-EN003
Effect Monster
Paladin of Felgrand
LIGHT | Warrior | Level 4 | ATK 1700 | DEF 300
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can equip 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster from your hand or Deck to this card. This card is unaffected by other monsters' effects, while equipped with an Equip Card. You can Tribute 1 monster and this card, then target 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.
(Common)
                                                    Rating: 2
Not much going for this card exept the very last effect, which revives a high-Level Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard.

                                                    SR02-EN002
Effect Monster
Dragon Knight of Creation
LIGHT | Dragon | Level 4 | ATK 1800 | DEF 600
Increase this card's Level by 4 during your opponent's turn only. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can send 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. You can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard, then target 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard; send this card to the Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon that monster. You can only use this effect of "Dragon Knight of Creation" once per turn.
(Super Rare)
                                                    Rating: 3
It can send any Dragon to the Graveyard, including the two below, though only half of those is worthwhile. Even if you don't want to use the effects, you still have a decent candidate for your Deck thanks to its low Level and high ATK.

                                                    SR02-EN001
Effect Monster
Divine Dragon Lord Felgrand
LIGHT | Dragon | Level 8 | ATK 2800 | DEF 2800
If this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls or in their Graveyard; banish it, and if you do, this card gains ATK and DEF equal to the banished monster's original Level/Rank x 100. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can target 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster in the Graveyard, except "Divine Dragon Lord Felgrand"; Special Summon it to your field.
(Ultra Rare)
                                                    Rating: 3
A major step up from the original Felgrand as you can perform the ol' dump and revive technique to power it up a bit and whenever it takes out a monster, you'll revive another high-Level Dragon to join it.

                                                    SR02-EN000
Effect Monster
Arkbrave Dragon
LIGHT | Dragon | Level 7 | ATK 2400 | DEF 2000
If this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard: You can banish as many face-up Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls as possible, and if you do, this card gains 200 ATK and DEF for each card banished. Once per turn, during the Standby Phase, if this card is in the Graveyard because it was sent there last turn: You can target 1 Level 7 or 8 Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard, except "Arkbrave Dragon"; Special Summon it.
(Ultra Rare)
                                                    Rating: 2
You won't get much unless you Special Summon it from the Graveyard but luckily it isn't specific for how it goes there unlike Felgrand Dragon.
Emperor of Darkness Structure Deck (Spoiler)
                                                    SR01-EN034
Trap Card
The Prime Monarch
Continuous Trap
Once per turn: You can target 2 "Monarch" Spell/Trap Crards in your Graveyard; shuffle them into the Deck, then draw 1 card. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish 1 other "Monarch" Spell/Trap Card from your Graveyard; Special Summon this card in Defense Position as a Normal Monster
(Fairy-Type/LIGHT/Level 5/ATK 1000/DEF 2400). (This card is NOT treated as a Trap Card.) You can only use this effect of "The Prime Monarch" once per turn.

(Common)
                                                    Rating: 2
This card was apparently so lackluster that I didn't even realize it was new and even though it's not treated as a Trap Card, the best it can offer is to become a high DEF monster or recycle used up Monarch Spell/Trap Cards.

                                                    SR01-EN024
Spell Card
Domain of the True Monarchs
Field Spell
While you have no cards in your Extra Deck and you are the only player that controls a Tribute Summoned monster, your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck. If a Tribute Summoned monster you control attacks an opponent's monster, it gains 800 ATK during damage calculation only. Once per turn: You can reduce the Level of 1 monster with 2800 ATK and 1000 DEF in your hand by 2 until the end of this turn (even after they are Summoned/Set, and even if this card leaves the field).
(Common)
                                                    Rating: 1
This card relies on you not only being alone in having a Tribute Summoned monster but having no Extra Deck cards, leaving you to be that much more vulnerable when your opponent gets rid of your Tribute Summoned monster and then proceeds to Summon from their Extra Deck.

                                                    SR01-EN023
Spell Card
Pantheism of the Monarchs
Normal Spell
Send 1 "Monarch" Spell/Trap Card from your hand to the Graveyard; draw 2 cards. You can banish this card from your Graveyard; reveal 3 "Monarch" Spell/Trap Cards from your Deck, your opponent chooses 1 for you to add to your hand, and you shuffle the rest back into your Deck. You can only use this effect of "Pantheism of the Monarchs" once per turn.
(Super Rare)
                                                    Rating: 2
That Monarch Spell/Trap you discard can even be another copy of itself and so could any that you pick up to add to your hand but your hand must not be all that good if you're using this.

                                                    SR01-EN015
Effect Monster
Garum the Storm Vassal
WIND | Winged Beast | Level 3 | ATK 800 | DEF 1000
You can return 1 Tribute Summoned monster you control to the hand; Special Summon this card from your hand, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn. If this card is Tributed for a Tribute Summon: You can add 1 monster with 800 ATK and 1000 DEF from your Deck to your hand, except "Garum the Storm Vassal". You can only use each effect of "Garum the Storm Vassal" once per turn.
(Common)
                                                       Rating: 1
I see. So they're trying to mimic their big daddys' effects well it's not going to make them any more playable than the original, especially in this case.

                                                    SR01-EN014
Effect Monster
Berlineth the Firestorm Vassal
FIRE | Pyro | Level 3 | ATK 800 | DEF 1000
You can discard 1 card; Special Summon this card from your hand, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn. If this card is Tributed for a Tribute Summon: You can look at your opponent's hand and banish 1 card from their hand until the End Phase. You can only use each effect of "Berlineth the Firestorm Vassal" once per turn.
(Common)
                                                    Rating: 2
You can at least Special Summon it by its effect for a small fee, which will then let you Tribute Summon but it's still not great overall.

                                                    SR01-EN012
Effect Monster
Landrobe the Rock Vassal
EARTH | Rock | Level 4 | ATK 800 | DEF 1000
If this card is in your hand: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, also Special Summon this card, and if you do, change that monster to face-down Defense Position. If this card is Tributed for a Tribute Summon: You can target 1 monster with 800 ATK and 1000 DEF in your Graveyard, except "Landrobe the Rock Vassal"; add it to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Landrobe the Rock Vassal" once per turn.
(Common)
                                                    Rating: 1
Having the opponent's monster face-down is certainly not going to do you much good unless you've got Nobleman of Crossout handy but that's also why we have Book of Moon.

                                                    SR01-EN011
Effect Monster
Mithra the Thunder Vassal
LIGHT | Thunder | Level 2 | ATK 800 | DEF 1000
If this card is in your hand: You can activate this effect; you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, also Special Summon this card, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Vassal Token" (Thunder-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 800/DEF 1000) to your opponent's side of the field in Defense Position. If this card is Tributed for a Tribute Summon: You can activate this effect; you can Tribute Summon 1 monster during your Main Phase this turn, in addition to your Normal Summon/Set this turn. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) You can only use each effect of "Mithra the Thunder Vassal" once per turn.
(Common)
                                                    Rating: 3
Double Summon as a Monster Card and it's an Honest target so you have quite a bit of reasoning to run this.

                                                    SR01-EN010
Effect Monster
Lucius the Shadow Vassal
DARK | Fiend | Level 1 | ATK 800 | DEF 1000
You can banish 1 Level 5 or higher monster from your Graveyard; Special Summon this card from your hand, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn. If this card is Tributed for a Tribute Summon: You can look at all Set cards your opponent controls. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this effect's activation. You can only use each effect of "Lucius the Shadow Vassal" once per turn.
(Common)
                                                    Rating: 1
I'd rarely consider banishing a high-level monster from your Graveyard worthwhile and certainly not when they're as bad as this.

                                                    SR01-EN003
Effect Monster
Edea the Heavenly Squire
LIGHT | Warrior | Level 1 | ATK 800 | DEF 1000
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 monster with 800 ATK and 1000 DEF from your Deck in Defense Position, except "Edea the Heavenly Squire", also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 of your banished "Monarch" Spell/Trap Cards; add it to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Edea the Heavenly Squire" once per turn.
(Super Rare)
                                                    Rating: 1
No aiding in Tribute Summoning for this guy so no extra star for her either.

                                                    SR01-EN002
Effect Monster
Eidos the Underworld Squire
DARK | Spellcaster | Level 2 | ATK 800 | DEF 1000
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: During your Main Phase this turn, you can Tribute Summon 1 monster, in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 monster with 800 ATK and 1000 DEF in your Graveyard, except "Eidos the Underworld Squire"; Special Summon it in Defense Position, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Eidos the Underworld Squire" once per turn.
(Super Rare)
                                                    Rating: 2
Not much you can do with this except apply its effect to get your stronger monster on the field and you cannot even get another copy of itself, which is lame because you won't be Tribute Summoning again that turn anyway.

                                                    SR01-EN001
Effect Monster
Erebus the Underworld Monarch
DARK | Zombie | Level 8 | ATK 2800 | DEF 1000
You can Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 Tribute Summoned monster. If this card is Tribute Summoned: You can send 2 "Monarch" Spell/Trap Cards with different names from your hand and/or Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, shuffle 1 card from your opponent's hand (at random), Graveyard, or their side of the field into the Deck. Once per turn, during either player's Main Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard: You can discard 1 "Monarch" Spell/Trap Card, then target 1 monster in your Graveyard with 2400 or more ATK and 1000 DEF; add it to your hand.
(Ultra Rare)
                                                    Rating: 2
The counterpart to Ehther and not any better because while it could be used as a beatstick, you won't obtain any of its effects unless you Tribute Summon it.

                                                    SR01-EN000
Effect Monster
Ehther the Heavenly Monarch
LIGHT | Fairy | Level 8 | ATK 2800 | DEF 1000
You can Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 Tribute Summoned monster. If this card is Tribute Summoned: You can send 2 "Monarch" Spell/Trap Cards with different names from your hand and/or Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon 1 monster with 2400 or more ATK and 1000 DEF from your Deck, but return it to the hand during the End Phase. During your opponent's Main Phase, if this card is in your hand: You can banish 1 "Monarch" Spell/Trap Card from your Graveyard; immediately after this effect resolves, Tribute Summon this card (this is a Quick Effect).
(Ultra Rare)
                                                    Rating: 2
It's obtain the effects of the Mega Monarchs without actually being one and can bring out another behemoth to join it but using your opponent's turn to Tribute Summon it by banishing a support card isn't all that good when you can do it during turn for less effort.
Master of Pendulum Structure Deck (Spoiler)
                                                    SDMP-EN042
Xyz Monster
Odd-Eyes Absolute Dragon
WATER | Dragon-Type Xyz | Rank 7 | ATK 2800 | DEF 2500
2 Level 7 monsters
When any player's monster declares an attack: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the attack, then you can Special Summon 1 "Odd-Eyes" monster from your hand or Graveyard. If this Xyz Summoned card is sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 "Odd-Eyes" monster from your Extra Deck, except "Odd-Eyes Absolute Dragon". You can only use each effect of "Odd-Eyes Absolute Dragon" once per turn.
(Ultra Rare)
                                                    Rating: 2
A bit more difficult to bring out, especially with so few monsters to choose from now that the Dragon Rulers have been out of play for a while but with Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon being a good choice, not to mention in this very Structure Deck, at least you have that but it's not much as a whole, especially since the effects can only be used once per turn and only when this guy has been Xyz Summoned, then sent to the Graveyard.

                                                    SDMP-EN041
Synchro Monster
Odd-Eyes Meteorburst Dragon
FIRE | Dragon-Type Synchro | Level 7 | ATK 2500 | DEF 2000
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 card in your Pendulum Zone; Special Summon it, also this card cannot attack for the rest of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Odd-Eyes Meteorburst Dragon" once per turn. Monsters in your opponent's possession cannot activate their effects during the Battle Phase.
(Ultra Rare)
                                                    Rating: 2
If you really need a bonus monster or somewhat hinder your opponent's monsters' effects, this can help but then it was probably not wise to bring this guy out just for that now was it?

                                                    SDMP-EN026
Spell Card
Pendulum Call
Normal Spell
Discard 1 card; add 2 "Magician" Pendulum Monsters with different names from your Deck to your hand, also, until the end of your opponent's next turn after this card resolves, "Magician" cards in your Pendulum Zones cannot be destroyed by card effects. You can only activate 1 "Pendulum Call" per turn. You cannot activate this card if you activated a "Magician" monster's Pendulum Effect this turn.
(Common)
                                                    Rating: 2
You're limited to picking up 2 differently named Magician Pendulums but you have at least two options from there and the ones just released are the better option.

                                                    SDMP-EN025
Spell Card
Sky Iris
Field Spell
"Magician", "Performapal", and "Odd-Eyes" cards in your Pendulum Zones cannot be targeted by an opponent's card effects. You can target 1 other face-up card you control; destroy it, and if you do, add 1 "Odd-Eyes" card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Sky Iris" once per turn.
(Common)
                                                    Rating: 2
For some cards, this'll also protect them from destruction but it really doesn't do a whole lot because even when it's out, you have to get rid of a card to obtain an Odd-Eyes card in return.

                                                    SDMP-EN006
Pendulum Monster
Performapal Skullcrobat Joker
DARK | Spellcaster-Type Pendulum | Level 4 | ATK 1800 | DEF 100 | Scale 8
You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "Performapal" monsters, "Magician" Pendulum Monsters, and "Odd-Eyes" monsters. This effect cannot be negated.
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Performapal" monster, "Magician" Pendulum Monster, or "Odd-Eyes" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Performapal Skullcrobat Joker".
(Common)
                                                    Rating: 3
Luckily, you'll still get most of the perks of it being a Pendulum Monster as well as a beatstick so that means it'll get the same rating, even though it's plagued with what I'll now call "Archetype Bias", meaning it will not work with any monsters but certain Archetypes.

                                                    SDMP-EN005
Pendulum Monster
Wisdom-Eye Magician
LIGHT | Spellcaster-Type Pendulum | Level 4 | ATK 1500 | DEF 1500 | Scale 5
If you have a "Magician" or "Performapal" card in your other Pendulum Zone: You can destroy this card, and if you do, place 1 "Magician" Pendulum Monster from your Deck in your Pendulum Zone, except "Wisdom-Eye Magician".
You can discard this card, then target 1 card in your Pendulum Zone, whose current Pendulum Scale is different from its original Pendulum Scale; its Pendulum Scale becomes its original Pendulum Scale until the end of this turn.
(Super Rare)
                                                    Rating: 2
Really don't know why you'd even play this card just to replace it with a better one when you can just play the better one and leave this guy out of it completely but I suppose if you're desperate, this guy can help.

                                                    SDMP-EN004
Pendulum Monster
Oafdragon Magician
WIND | Spellcaster-Type Pendulum | Level 6 | ATK 2100 | DEF 1400 | Scale 2
If you have a "Magician" card in your other Pendulum Zone: You can add 1 face-up "Magician" or "Odd-Eyes" Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to your hand, except "Oafdragon Magician". You can only use this effect of "Oafdragon Magician" once per turn.
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 "Magician" Pendulum Monster or 1 "Odd-Eyes" monster in your Graveyard, except "Oafdragon Magician"; add it to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Oafdragon Magician" once per turn.
(Super Rare)
                                                    Rating: 2
You're restrained to getting a Magician or Odd-Eyes monster from either the Extra Deck or your Graveyard but there are some good options to pick from, though there are also better options to pick from than this card.

                                                    SDMP-EN003
Pendulum Monster
Nobledragon Magician
FIRE | Spellcaster, Pendulum and Tuner | Level 3 | ATK 700 | DEF 1400 | Scale 5
Unless have a "Magician" card in your other Pendulum Zone, destroy this card.
Cannot be used as a Synchro Material, except for the Synchro Summon of a Dragon-Type Synchro Monster. If this card is used as a Synchro Material, unless all other Synchro Materials are "Odd-Eyes" monsters, place this card on the bottom of the Deck. If this card is in your hand or Graveyard: You can target 1 Level 7 or higher "Odd-Eyes" monster you control; reduce its Level by 3, and if you do, Special Summon this card.
(Super Rare)
                                                    Rating: 1
A Pendulum Effect about as bad as those on Qliphorts, Zefra and others because it self-destructs unless a Magician Pendulum Monster joins it on the other side. Its Monster Effect is also pretty bad as not only does it restrict using it as Synchro Material for Dragon-Type Synchros but you won't see it on top of your Extra Deck afterwards unless you use Odd-Eyes monsters as your other Synchro Materials. Its Scale and stats are also not good enough to help out, even though it's also a Tuner monster.

                                                    SDMP-EN002
Pendulum Monster
Dragonpit Magician
WATER | Spellcaster-Type Pendulum | Level 7 | ATK 900 | DEF 2700 | Scale 8
Once per turn, if you have a "Magician" card in your other Pendulum Zone: You can discard 1 Pendulum Monster, then target 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field; destroy it.
This gifted magician can awaken the energy stored in the deep places of the earth, known as the Pits of the Dragon. His stoic approach wins him few friends, and he often bends to the desires of his pupil.
(Common)
                                                    Rating: 3
You may not be Setting this card by normal means but you're also able to use it as the other scale in your Pendulum Zone without any problems and since it's a Spellcaster, it has all the support other Spellcasters do and more.

                                                    SDMP-EN001
Pendulum Monster
Dragonpulse Magician
EARTH | Spellcaster-Type Pendulum | Level 4 | ATK 1800 | DEF 900 | Scale 1
Once per turn, if you have a "Magician" card in your other Pendulum Zone: You can discard 1 Pendulum Monster, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; destroy it.

This boy magician has the gift of seeing the natural lines of energy that run through the earth, which his people call the Pulse of the Dragon. His exuberance and skill put him in high regard with his mentor, the "Dragonpit Magician".
(Common)
                                                    Rating: 4
It's a good standalone Level 4 beatstick but also comes with a low scale and no side-effects in case you want to run it with a high-scale Pendulum monster.
