The Lost Millennium (TLM-EN) Card Ratings

1. TLM-ENSE1-SE4 are only included because of their Set ID.
2. Booster set gallery: https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Set_Card_Galleries:The_Lost_Millennium_(TCG-EN-1E)
                              Rating: 3 | TLM-ENSE4 | Effect Monster
The End of Anubis
DARK | Fiend |
Level 6 | ATK 2500 | DEF 0
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all effects of Spell, Trap, and monster Cards that target a card(s) in the Graveyard or that activate in the Graveyard are negated.
(Ultra Rare)

Nothing involving the Graveyard gets past this behemoth. Too bad about that 0 DEF though.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-ENSE3 | Effect Monster
Mazera DeVille
DARK | Fiend | Level 8 | ATK 2800 | DEF 2300
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 face-up "Warrior of Zera" on your side of the field while "Pandemonium" is on the field. If "Pandemonium" is on your side of the field when you Special Summon this card successfully, your opponent discards 3 random cards from his/her hand.
(Ultra Rare)

Like I said before about this card, Blue-Eyes is a more worthy card to Tribute Summon than this card.

                              Rating: 4 | TLM-ENSE2 | Effect Monster
Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End
DARK | Dragon | Level 8 | ATK 3000 | DEF 2500
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.  This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard from play. Pay 1000 of your Life Points to send all cards in both players' hands and on the field to the Graveyard. Inflict 300 points of damage to yoru opponent's Life Points for each card that is sent to the Graveyard by this effect.
(Ultra Rare)

Your second chance to obtain this very powerful monster has arrived! A must have for Dragon or DARK Decks!

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-ENSE1 | Effect Monster
Invader of Darkness
DARK | Fiend | Level 8 | ATK 2900 | DEF 2500
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot activate a Quick-Play Spell Card.
(Ultra Rare)

Hardly a threat when it's weaker than Blue-Eyes White Dragon and only blocks Quick-Play Spells.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN060 | Trap Card
Lone Wolf
Continuous Trap
You can only activate this card if there is only 1 monster on your side of the field and it is "Chu-Ske the Mouse Fighter", "Monk Fighter", or "Master Monk". That monster is not destroyed as a result and is unaffected by any of your opponent's monster effects.
(Common)

Master Monk is the only monster this card should be used on. Other than that, this card is useless.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN059 | Trap Card
Royal Surrender
Counter Trap
You can only activate this card when your opponent activates a Continuous Trap Card. Negate the activation and the effect of the card and destroy it.
(Rare) & (Ultimate Rare)

Never give up, never surrender, especially against cards this bad.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN058 | Trap Card
Spell-Stopping Statute
Counter Trap
You can activate this card when your opponent activates a Continuous Spell Card. Negate the activation and the effect of the card and destroy it.
(Rare) & (Ultimate Rare)

Play Magic Jammer or better yet Spell Shield Type-8 instead of this card.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN057 | Trap Card
Token Feastevil
Normal Trap
You can only activate this card when a Token(s) is Special Summoned. Destroy all Tokens on the field, and inflict 300 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for each destroyed token.
(Rare) & (Ultimate Rare)

That's up to 3000 damage, but only if all 10 Monster Zones have a Token. It's also not going to work against anything else.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN056 | Trap Card
Grave Lure
Normal Trap
Turn the top card of your opponent's Deck face-up and your opponent shuffles the Deck. When your opponent draws the face-up card, immediately send it to the Graveyard.
(Common)

Trust me, this card isn't worth using.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN055 | Trap Card
Rock Bombardment
Normal Trap
Select 1 Rock-Type monster in your Deck and send it to the Graveyard. Inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. Then shuffle your Deck.
(Common)

It's not worth sending a Rock-Type monster to the Grave just for 500 damage, even if intending to revive that monster later.

                              Rating: 3 | TLM-EN054 | Trap Card
Level Conversion Lab
Normal Trap
Select 1 monster in your hand and show it to your opponent, then roll a six-sided die. If the result is 1, send the selected monster to the Graveyard. If the result is 2-6, the Level of the selected monster becomes equal to the result until the End Phase of this turn.
(Common)

With a bit of luck, you'll be able to play a Blue-Eyes or Summoned Skull without any Tributes!

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN053 | Trap Card
Mispolymerization
Normal Trap
You can only activate this card when a Fusion Monster is Special Summoned. Return all face-up Fusion Monsters on the field to their respective Fusion Decks.
(Common)

If you're stupid enough to activate this horrid card, be sure you don't have any decent Fusion Monsters on your field.

                              Rating: 2 | TLM-EN052 | Trap Card
Kozaky's Self-Destruct Button
Normal Trap
Inflict 1000 points of damage to the Life Points of the player who destroyed this Set card.
(Rare) & (Ultimate Rare)

Can serve as relatively decent bait, but most of the time it won't do much.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN051 | Trap Card
Minefield Eruption
Normal Trap
Inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for each face-up "Mine Golem" on your side of the field. After that, destroy all face-up "Mine Golem"(s) on your side of the field.
(Common)

You may be dealing up to 3000 damage, but it's at the cost of up to nearly half your field of monsters.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN050 | Trap Card
Pikeru's Second Sight
Normal Trap
Until your opponent's second Main Phase, your opponent shows you all cards that he/she draws and then add them to his/her hand.
(Common)

Pikeru is going to need more than a second sight for this card to see play.

                              Rating: 2 | TLM-EN049 | Trap Card
Hero Signal
Normal Trap
You can only activate this card when a monster on your side of the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle. Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your hand or Deck that includes "Elemental Hero" in its card name.
(Rare) & (Ultimate Rare)

Most of the Level 4 or less ones aren't going to last long, but Clayman can survive longer at least.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN048 | Spell Card
Impenetrable Formation
Continuous Spell
Select 1 monster on your side of the field to activate this card. While you have 2 or more monsters on your side of the field, and all monsters on your side of the field are in Defense Position, increase the DEF of the selected monster by 700 points. When the selected monster is removed from the field, destroy this card.
(Common)

You can do better with Yellow Luster Shield and Chorus of Sanctuary.

                              Rating: 2 | TLM-EN047 | Spell Card
Shifting Shadows
Continuous Spell
Pay 300 Life Points to rearrange the face-down Defense Position monsters on your side of the field, then return them in face-down Defense Position. You can only use this effect once per turn.
(Common)

Not much of a fee to pay and it means your defenses are less obvious, but it may not mean much.

                              Rating: 2 | TLM-EN045 | Spell Card
Nitro Unit
Equip Spell
You can only equip this card to a monster on your opponent's side of the field. When a monster destroys the equipped monster and sends it to the Graveyard as a result of battle, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the ATK of the equipped monster.
(Rare) & (Ultimate Rare)

The stronger the monster the less likely you'll be able to take it down, but Flame Wingman can do this for a bit more work.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN045 | Spell Card
Legendary Black Belt
Equip Spell
You can only equip this card to "Chu-Ske the Mouse Fighter", "Monk Fighter", or "Master Monk". When the equipped monster destroys your opponent's monster and sends it to the Graveyard as a result of battle, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the DEF of the destroyed monster.
(Rare) & (Ultimate Rare)

With such little use for this card, it's no wonder it's legendary. Only use this card for Monk Fighter.

                              Rating: 3 | TLM-EN044 | Spell Card
Final Ritual of the Ancients
Ritual Spell
This card is used to Ritual Summon "Reshef the Dark Being". You must also Tribute monster whose total Levels equal 8 or more from the field or your hand.
(Common)

Unlike Doriado's Blessing, this is a much more playable Ritual Spell! Well worth it once he's out too!

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN043 | Spell Card
Doriado's Blessing
Ritual Spell
This card is used to Ritual Summon "Elemental Mistress Doriado". You must also Tribute monsters whose total Levels equal 3 or more from the field or your hand.
(Common)

No one in the right mind would Ritual Summon a Ritual Monster this bad.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN042 | Spell Card
Kaminote Blow
Normal Spell
You can only activate this card if there is at least 1 face-up "Chu-Ske the Mouse Fighter", "Monk Fighter", or "Master Monk" on your side of the field. Destroy the monster(s) that battle with these monsters on your side of the field this turn, at the end of each Damage Step.
(Common)

It's best to use this card on Master Monk as the other Monks in this set aren't playable.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN041 | Spell Card
Battery Charger
Normal Spell
Pay 500 Life Points. Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard that includes "Batteryman" in its card name.
(Common)

500 Life Points for a Batteryman monster with (0/0) stats? I don't think so. It's just not worth using.

                              Rating: 3 | TLM-EN040 | Spell Card
Double Attack
Normal Spell
Discard 1 monster card from your hand to the Graveyard. Select 1 monster on your side of the field with a lower Level than the discarded monster. The selected monster can attack twice this turn.

                              Rating: 3 | TLM-EN039 | Spell Card
Gift of the Martyr
Normal Spell
Send 1 monster on your side of the field to the Graveyard. Select 1 monster on your side of the field. Increase the ATK of the selected monster by an amount equal to the ATK of the sent monster until the End Phase of the turn this card is activated.

Give your Flame Wingman the power it needs to destroy Blue-Eyes!

                              Rating: 3 | TLM-EN038 | Spell Card
Brain Control
Normal Spell
Pay 800 Life Points. Select 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field. Take control of the selected card until the End Phase of the turn this card is activated.
(Super Rare) & (Ultimate Rare)

We don't have Change of Heart, but this is a pretty darn good replacement.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN037 | Spell Card
Card of Sanctity
Normal Spell
Remove all cards in your hand and on your side of the field from play. Draw cards until you have 2 cards in your hand.
(Super Rare) & (Ultimate Rare)

I understand not letting both players draw up to 6 cards, but did it have to be nerfed this much? It's totally useless.

                              Rating: 2 | TLM-EN036 | Fusion Monster
Elemental Hero Thunder Giant
LIGHT | Warrior-Type Fusion | Level 6 | ATK 2400 | DEF 1500
"Elemental Hero Sparkman" + "Elemental Hero Clayman"
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. Discard 1 card from your hand to select and destroy 1 face-up monster on the field with an original ATK that is less than the ATK of this card. You can only use this effect once per turn, during your Main Phase.
(Ultra Rare)
& (Ultimate Rare)

Pretty bad as far as Ultra Rares go, especially since it can't be revived later.

                              Rating: 3 | TLM-EN035 | Fusion Monster
Elemental Hero Flame Wingman
WIND | Warrior-Type Fusion | Level 6 | ATK 2100 | DEF 1200

(Ultra Rare) & (Ultimate Rare)

Fusion Weapon can certainly make this a powerhouse, but even on its own, it can benefit from other Equip Cards.

                              Rating: 1 | TLM-EN034 | Ritual Monster
Elemental Mistress Doriado
LIGHT | Spellcaster-Type Ritual | Level 3 | ATK 1200 | DEF 1400
This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Doriado's Blessing". The Attribute of this card is also treated as WIND, WATER, FIRE, and EARTH.

LIGHT | Fiend-Type Ritual | Level 8 | ATK 2500 | DEF 1500

                              Rating: 2 | TLM-EN032 | Effect Monster
King of the Skill Servants
DARK | Zombie | Level 1 | ATK ? | DEF 0
The original ATK of this card becomes the number of "King of the Skull Servants" and "Skull Servant" card in your Graveyard x 1000 points. (Common)

That's up to 5000 ATK if the Graveyard contains 3 Skull Servants and 2 more of this. Decent, but they're pretty bad cards.

EARTH | Warrior | Level 4 | ATK 800 | DEF 2000
An Elemental Hero with a clay body built-to-last. He will preserve his Elemental Hero colleagues at any cost.

Without support in Elemental Hero Decks, this card doesn't have much use alone.

                              Rating: 2 | TLM-EN002 | Normal Monster
Elemental Hero Burstinatrix (original artwork)
FIRE | Warrior | Level 3 | ATK 1200 | DEF 800
A flame manipulator who is the only woman among the Elemental Heroes. Her Burstfire burns away villainy.
(Common)

Pretty much useless apart from being Fusion Material for a decent Fusion Monster in this set.

                              Rating: 2 | TLM-EN001 | Normal Monster
Elemental Hero Avian (original artwork)
WIND | Warrior | Level 3 | ATK 1000 | DEF 1000
A winged Elemental Hero who wheels through the sky and manipulates the wind. His signature move, Featherbreak, gives villainy a blow from sky-high.
(Common)

Jaden's Elemental Heroes have arrived, but they're about as feeble as they are in the anime.
